How it works
Email support@supraforge.one from the address you purchased with. Include the order ID from your receipt. We process refunds within 5 business days back to the original payment method.
What's covered
Every Supraforge package — Starter, Professional and Agency — is refundable in full within 30 days of purchase.
What happens to your data
On refund we cancel further optimizations, revert any pushed changes you ask us to (rollback is one-click and your account stays active long enough to do it yourself), and delete your scan data per the Privacy Policy.
Chargebacks
Please email us before filing a chargeback. We refund cleanly and quickly — there's no reason to involve your bank.
