Terms of Service

Last updated: July 14, 2026

1. Agreement

Supraforge is operated by Alan Cope, a sole proprietor located in Travis County, Texas ("Supraforge", "we", "us"). Contact: support@supraforge.one. By creating an account, joining the community, or purchasing anything on Supraforge you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (13 with verifiable parental consent where U.S. COPPA applies). If you are in the EU/UK, you must meet the minimum digital-consent age of your country (13–16). By using Supraforge you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. The service

Supraforge scans websites, generates SEO optimizations and — where you have connected a supported CMS (WordPress, Shopify, GitHub) — pushes changes on your behalf. Optional surfaces include a marketplace, community chat & DMs, sponsored ad slots, and a partner-certification program. All CMS changes are versioned and reversible from the console.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You own or have permission to optimize the sites you add.
  • You keep your credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You will not use Supraforge for spam, cloaking, link schemes, or practices that violate search-engine guidelines.
  • You will not use the community, DMs, or ad slots for harassment, hate speech, doxxing, illegal content, or promotion of malware or fraud.

5. Packages, subscriptions, and billing

Prices are shown on the pricing page and confirmed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your Account page. One-time packages, AI credits, retake tokens, and ad-slot rentals are non-recurring purchases at the price shown. You authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for renewals and metered usage.

6. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. Different products have different rules — read it before purchasing.

7. Marketplace (peer-to-peer)

Marketplace jobs, quotes, and contracts are transactions between users. Supraforge is not a party to any client-partner agreement, does not perform the work, and does not guarantee results. Partners and clients are solely responsible for scope, deliverables, taxes, and disputes. Escrow is optional and, when used, subject to a 5% platform fee. Certified-Partner membership is $50/mo and covers all four partner packages while active; cancelling ends the certification listing at the end of the period.

8. Community, chat, and DMs

Public rooms and the post board are visible to all signed-in members — do not post anything you consider private. Direct messages are private between the participants but may be surfaced to Supraforge staff when reported for abuse. You grant Supraforge a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, cache, and display your community content for the purpose of operating the service. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the acceptable-use rules, with or without notice.

9. Ad slots

Ad-slot rentals are pre-paid, non-refundable, and subject to Supraforge's editorial review — we may reject or remove ads that violate acceptable use with a pro-rata credit (not cash refund) at our discretion. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.

10. Certification

Certification exams verify baseline competency in Supraforge's tools; passing does not constitute endorsement, employment, or a guarantee of business results. Cheating, sharing answers, or misrepresenting credentials will result in revocation and account suspension.

11. AI output

Supraforge uses third-party AI to generate content, code, and recommendations. Output is provided "as is"; you are responsible for reviewing changes before they are pushed (or accepting auto-push if you enable it). Every CMS change is reversible from the console. We do not warrant that AI output is accurate, non-infringing, or fit for any purpose.

12. Third-party services

Integrations with Google, Shopify, WordPress, Cloudflare, GitHub, Stripe, OpenRouter, ElevenLabs, and others are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their actions or outages.

13. Acceptable use

No illegal content, no malware, no attempts to disrupt the platform or other customers, no reverse-engineering of our models or systems, no scraping of the platform for competitive datasets.

14. Warranties and liability

Supraforge is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, revenue, marketplace outcomes, or job placements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Supraforge in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US$100.

15. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold Supraforge harmless from any claim arising out of content you post, sites you connect, marketplace work you deliver or receive, or your violation of these Terms.

16. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel any subscription at any time from your Account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the community, or create risk for other users. On termination we will delete your data per the Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on this page and, for active subscribers, by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

18. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and Supraforge agree that any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration seated in Travis County, Texas; class actions are waived to the extent permitted by law. Either party may seek injunctive relief in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas for intellectual-property claims.
