Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or purchasing a package you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Supraforge.
2. The service
Supraforge scans websites, generates SEO optimizations and — where you have connected a supported CMS (WordPress, Shopify, GitHub) — pushes changes on your behalf. All changes are versioned and reversible from the console.
3. Your responsibilities
- You own or have permission to optimize the sites you add.
- You keep your credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account.
- You will not use Supraforge for spam, cloaking, link schemes or other practices that violate search-engine guidelines.
4. Packages and billing
Packages are one-time purchases at the prices listed on the pricing page. Each package includes a defined optimization scope (pages, monitoring window, included sites). Usage beyond the included scope requires upgrading to a higher tier.
5. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. 30 days, no questions asked.
6. Acceptable use
No illegal content, no malware, no attempts to disrupt the platform or other customers, no reverse-engineering of our models or systems.
7. AI output
Supraforge uses AI to generate content and code. Output is provided "as is"; you are responsible for reviewing changes before they are pushed (or accepting auto-push if you enable it). Every change is reversible.
8. Third-party services
Integrations with Google, Shopify, WordPress, Cloudflare, GitHub and others are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their actions or outages.
9. Warranties and liability
Supraforge is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue — search results are controlled by third parties. To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the package in question.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. On termination we will delete your data per the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in your local jurisdiction.
